Chef Tom Boland graduated Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona and has been working in restaurants for over ten years. His classical French training combined with years of fine dining experience creates a unique menu that is sure to appease any palate. Our salads, small-plates, charcuterie, and perfected entrees reflect contemporary American cuisine with an international influence. The menu is designed to enhance the wine palate, while shining on its own.
